A visionary plan has been unveiled to transform the final piece of Manchester city centre, which was devastated by the IRA bomb in 1996.

Alliance and their JV partner Starwood Capital have successfully unlocked the untapped potential of this significant site. With work already underway, an exciting £210m GDV mixed-use destination is set to emerge.

At the heart of this redevelopment is the luxurious 4* Treehouse hotel, boasting 224 rooms, a panoramic restaurant, and a vibrant rooftop bar. Further to this, plans have been approved for an impressive residential tower comprising 300 apartments, as well as a 50,000 sq ft office HQ, with a vibrant retail and leisure space on the ground floor spanning 10,000 sq ft. A breathtaking riverside public area will seamlessly connect this dynamic new destination to the rest of Manchester.

This development is not just a transformation; it is a reinvention of a unique part of the city centre, revitalising Deansgate connecting it effortlessly to the Cathedral Quarter.
