Combining design, historical sensitivity and market demand, Alliance and its team of architects, public realm experts and planners consulted with the public on the stunning renovation of an existing office building in one of Manchester city centre’s premier commercial areas.
The scheme is set to deliver a heritage-led renovation of the 19th Century carriage works and inner courtyard alongside a new striking 13-storey office building, to create 64,122 sq ft of unique, best-in-class workspace. A ground floor colonnade with retail units will front onto Motor Square, and public realm space will enhance and revive the area.
The plans will create a destination of ongoing aspirational work and leisure space, that will bring back life and productivity to this prime location.
