Alliance secured a lucrative opportunity at the former Trafford Park Bakery site, acquiring it during the challenging 2008 recession and securing a pre-let agreement with MAN Truck & Bus for a custom-built regional headquarters in the North West. This exceptional facility includes a maintenance and repair depot, office and training space, as well as spacious forecourts.
With the successful 22-year lease agreement in place, Alliance embarked on creating their largest workshop spanning an impressive 48,000 square feet, complemented by an additional 20,000 square feet office building.
The remarkable design and build development, valued at £15 million, was completed in 2009.
