With an in-depth knowledge and extensive experience in the area, we strategically identified this prime location in the heart of the city centre. Collaborating closely with Royal London, Alliance strategically optimised the building's height to accommodate both operators, establishing it as a standout destination.

Through unwavering efforts, Alliance successfully secured the participation of two prestigious operators, Motel One and Wilde by Staycity. Together, securing pre-let agreements for an impressive 328-bed hotel and 256-bed apartments, and agreeing a 20-year lease.
