Following a strategic joint venture partnership with ARES, Alliance seized the opportunity to acquire three buildings in 2015. With our Asset Management and Offices teams swiftly responding to market demand, investing £7.5m in Trident Business Park near to Manchester Airport.

Alliance set about transforming the three lacklustre buildings by introducing a striking new rotunda entrance and double-height reception area. This stunning addition seamlessly merged with the existing structures, instantly elevating the overall aesthetic.

Not stopping there, we also introduced an array of unrivalled on-site amenities to enhance the experience for tenants. Works included a new café with breakout area, meeting rooms, an on-site gym and a secure cycle store with changing rooms. 

Our efforts paid off as the building soon became a magnet for top-tier tenants, while also achieving record-breaking rental rates. Such success paved the way for the triumphant sale of Trident just two years later.
